Mobile Express for Microsoft Dynamics CRM gives users access to Microsoft Dynamics CRM data through a Web browser on a mobile device including the iPhone. Mobile Express for Microsoft Dynamics CRM is installed on the server, not on the mobile device, and is configured in the Settings area of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Mobile Express for Microsoft Dynamics CRM is available in English only for Microsoft Dynamics CRM On Premise and Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Service Provider Editions. It is not available for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online.

Admin Overview of Steps:
- Install the software update on the Server from link above.
- In Microsoft CRM 4.0 - Go to Settings, Customization and select the new section called Customize Mobile Express
- Select the areas in CRM you wish to make available on mobile devices & Press Publish
- On your mobile device (including iPhones) , open the mobile browser to the FQDN of your installation including the Organization subdomain as configured in IFD with /m as a suffix
- example: http://organization.crm.mydomain.com/m (DON'T forget to apend the /m or you will get an unsupported browser error)
- Login using a domain user name – domain\username and password
